MY APACHE LOTALTY PROGRAM

MY APACHE is the loyalty program that APACHE PIZZA (hereinafter APACHE PIZZA) with NIF Number IE8253895H and with registered office at UNIT 11, BALBRIGGAN BUSINESS PARK. BALBRIGGAN, CO. DUBLIN has created and developed, to offer certain "APACHE PIZZA Promotions" to customers of its website and its App.

1. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

1.1. To participate in this program, it will be necessary to meet the following requirements:

  • Enter app.apachepizza.co.uk or the Apache Pizza App
  • Create an account or log in
  • Accept (by clicking) the privacy policy and receive commercial communications and personalized offers according to my profile and place orders (at home or collect) with an amount equal to or greater than €10 (VAT included), app.apachepizza.co.uk in the Apache Pizza App during the term of this program.

1.2. Participation in this program implies knowledge and acceptance of these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy.

2. DURATION

2.1. This program will remain in force indefinitely, as long as Apache Pizza does not terminate it.

2.2. Apache Pizza will be empowered to terminate this program at any time, with prior notification to Customers at least one month in advance, so that they can exchange their Apache coins.

3. NAME OF CUSTOMERS

3.1. The loyalty program will establish 3 Tiers or levels of customers: Gold, Silver, and Bronze, which will have different promotions of the program.

3.2. These tiers or levels will be established according to the number of Apache coins that the user has:

  • Gold Customer: Those customers who have obtained at least 10 or more Apache coins in the last 6 months will be named.
  • Silver Customer: Those customers who have achieved at least 5 to 9 Apache coins in the last 6 months will be named.
  • Bronze Customer: Those customers who have achieved 0 to 4 Apache coins in the last 6 months will be named.

3.3. The number of Apache coins that the user has will be checked daily to verify the level that applies to them. If the customer changes level, that is, going up to a higher one or, where appropriate, going down to a lower one, the following factors will be taken into account:

  • For the level up, Apache coins obtained through an order in the last 6 months will be considered. In other words, a customer going from being a bronze customer to a silver customer and from a silver customer to a gold customer, will have a total of 6 months to obtain the necessary Apache coins to be able to change levels. You can get these Apache coins within 6 months. Coins from orders older than 6 months will not count towards a change in levels.
  • For the level down, Apache coins achieved in the last 6 months will be considered. In other words, for a customer to go down in level, the Apache coins achieved in the preceding 6-month period will be verified daily. The downgrade is staggered, that is, a gold customer will go down to a silver customer, a silver customer will go down to a bronze customer.
  • Both for the level up and for the descent of level, Apache coins obtained in raffles, contests or obtained by any means other than by placing an Order with Apache Pizza through the website or App will not be taken into account in determining the Customer’s level.
  • NOTE: To calculate the relevant 6-month period, the date on which the customer registered at app.apachepizza.co.uk or in the Apache Pizza App will be taken into account, along with the requirements detailed in point 1.1 of these conditions.

3.4. Apache Pizza reserves the right to review and adjust the coins required for each tier as it sees fit and at its absolute discretion.

4. HOW TO OBTAIN THE APACHE PIZZA COINS

4.1. The customer will be able to obtain Apache Coins based on the number of orders placed and the average monetary amount thereof, with 5 tiers:

  • 1st Tier: Orders for amounts between €10 and € 29.99 = 1 Apache coin.
  • 2nd Tier: Orders for amounts €29.99 and €39.99 = 2 Apache coins.
  • 3rd Tier: Orders for amounts between €39.99 and €49.99 = 3 Apache coins.
  • 4th Tier: Orders for amounts between €49.99 and € 59.99 = 4 Apache coins.
  • 5th Tier: Orders over € €59,90= 5 coins

4.2. A customer who places more than 1 order per day will accumulate Apache coins from all orders. The Apache coins may be:

  • Available: Those Apache coins that can be redeemed and used on the day.
  • In progress: Those Apache coins are being validated and will not be available for exchange, until 24 hours after receiving them.
  • Spent: Those Apache coins that have already been redeemed and used by the customer.
  • Note: In the event that the customers communicate their opposition to receiving communications and/or data profiling to receive personalized offers, they will be unsubscribed from the program, their coins will be frozen and unusable until they re-join. Any order they place while not in the program does not count towards the loyalty tier or coins. Customers will not be able to claim from Apache Pizza any type of economic compensation or of any other nature related to the promotions or to this program.

5. EXCHANGE OF THE APACHE COINS

5.1. Customers may exchange the Apache coins for "Apache Pizza Promotions", (see attached table), depending on the Apache coins obtained by them and their status as a customer (gold, silver, bronze).

5.2. Where the user has earned the necessary Apache coins to be able to obtain the Apache Pizza promotions, he will be able to click on the Apache Pizza promotions, based on the Apache coins obtained and obtain the corresponding promotion, in accordance with the conditions indicated on app.apachepizza.co.uk

5.3. Apache Pizza reserves the right to review and adjust the attainable promotions as it sees fit and at its absolute discretion.

5.4. In the case of Apache Pizza promotions, the customer does not have to make any prior choices such as choosing ingredients, sauces, etc. The customer chooses the promotion they want and once the choice is finished, it will be automatically added to the cart, subtracting the necessary Apache coins.

* The customer will be able to redeem all the Apache coins that he has in a single order but he will only be able to select the promotions for which he/she is eligible according to his/her status (gold/silver/bronze).

5.5 Instructions to redeem Apache Pizza promotions:

  • Log in to app.apachepizza.co.uk
  • 1. Select pick up or delivery (to pick up there is no minimum order)
  • 2. Go to “My Apache” and add your desired promotion(s) to the cart
  • 3. Return to the menu to continue your order or go directly to the checkout
  • 4. Choose payment method
  • 5. Finalize order

Valid promotions in affiliated stores with online sales. 6. MECHANICS OF MY APACHE

Both in app.apachepizza.co.uk and in the Apache Pizza app you have direct access from the navigation bar to the program called My Apache from which you will have access to:

  • What is it? Explanation of the loyalty program as well as direct access to register. If you have not registered, you must accept (by clicking): the privacy policy and receive commercial communications and personalized offers according to my profile (if you are missing any), in order to belong to the program.

  • How do I get Apache coins? Guide to get Apache Coins.
  • My Apache Coins: It is the user's wallet that is part of the loyalty program, where you will find information about the Apache Coins available, in progress, and spent.
  • Available: Those Apache coins that can be redeemed and used on the day.
  • In progress: Those Apache coins are being validated and will not be available for exchange, until 24 hours after receiving them.
  • Spent: Those Apache coins that have already been redeemed and used by the customer.
  • Apache Pizza Promos: from this section the customer will have access to the available promotions from the moment they have the necessary Apache coins, being able to click on the promotion and place the order.

IMPORTANT: It is necessary for the user to be registered and comply with the conditions detailed in this program, to have access to both the My coins and My Offers.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

7.1. In each valid order of €10 or more (VAT included) a certain number of Apache coins will be accumulated depending on the amount of the order, regardless of the store in which the customer places the order.

7.2. Orders placed and subsequently canceled will not be counted as valid and no Apache Coins shall be deemed earned or assigned to the Customer’s account.

7.3. At the moment that a customer stops accepting the privacy policy, receiving commercial communications and/or, data profiling to receive personalized offers, his Apache coins will be frozen, not being able to claim from THE GOOD FOOD COMPANY any type of economic compensation or of any other kind related to the promotions or to this program.

7.4. Expiration of Apache coins: They have an expiration of 2 years. This expiration depends on when the Apache coin is available to the user in the My Apache section.

7.5. The Apache coins can be exchanged at any "Apache Pizza" store that is part of the promotion with online sales only.

7.6. Combinable with other offers and/or promotions, provided they comply with the conditions of both promotions.

As this loyalty program deals with a commercial campaign based on profiling customer data, it necessarily implies that the participant has agreed to receive commercial communications from APACHE PIZZA and that it carries out an essential data profiling. to be able to give you a personalized treatment and, therefore, to be able to send you the offers that correspond to you as stipulated in the previous sections. By accepting, as An APACHE PIZZA customer, to receive commercial communications and personalized offers according to your profile from APACHE PIZZA this commercial campaign can be applied directly to you.

PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT

As indicated in the privacy policy of the Apache Pizza Website (app.apachepizza.co.uk), we remind you that THE GOOD FOOD COMPANY treats the information provided by the interested parties for the purpose of sending information or commercial communications, by any means, on the products and/or services of the entity, as well as, adapt the commercial offers to your preferences from the study and segmentation of your personal and commercial information, among which is this commercial campaign.

LEGITIMATE BASIS

Legitimate basis: by checking the consent box, the Customer is expressing his or her consent to accepting personalised commercial communications, the terms and conditions of the loyalty program, and accepting the terms of the Privacy Policy. The interested party will have the right to withdraw their consent at any time, without this affecting the legality of the treatment based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. However, in case of revocation of consent by the Customer, you will not be able to access and participate in the loyalty program or derive any benefit therefrom, including the delivery of prizes and promotions that correspond in each case.

CONSERVATION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data provided will be kept as long as you do not request its deletion or cancellation and as long as is adequate and necessary, limited to what is necessary to fulfill the purpose described above.

DATA RECIPIENT

No other transfer or disclosure of data to third parties is foreseen, except where compelled by law.

EXERCISE OF RIGHTS

For the exercise of the rights of access, rectification or deletion, limitation, opposition to the processing of their data, or the right to the portability of their data, the user may contact APACHE PIZZA in writing to the Protection Delegate of Data of APACHE PIZZA, UNIT 11, BALBRIGGAN BUSINESS PARK. 9. MODIFICATION OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS OF THE PROGRAM

APACHE PIZZA reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel, totally or partially, the conditions and/or this program at its absolute discretion.

RIGHT TO ELIMINATE FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATIONS

APACHE PIZZA reserves the right to eliminate at any time any participant who defrauds or alters the proper functioning and normal and regulatory course of this promotional action or does not comply with these conditions. FOOD DELIVERY BRANDS, APACHE PIZZA intends that all participants participate on equal terms in this promotional action and with strict respect for the rules of good faith.
